      Become a Board Director or Community Representative and Make a Difference in Your Community

      Hospice Wellington is seeking Board Directors and Community Committee members with a strong commitment to improving the fabric of life in Guelph and  Wellington County, who combine creativity with experience and dedication, and in particular offer skills in Financial and Risk Management.  Representation from individuals with diverse backgrounds from communities throughout Wellington County is desired.

Be part of a community organization that provides compassionate end of life care, bereavement and other support groups and programs to residents of Guelph and Wellington County, is a vital component of an efficient and patient-focused healthcare system, and is in a unique position to change the future of client care in Ontario.   Hospice Wellington is also seeking community leaders to work with our Finance and Audit Committee, and Quality Committee, which are key to our drive for excellence and sustainability.

All Board Directors and Community Committee members are required to follow Hospice Wellington’s Vaccination Policy.
