Parking

There are 44 parking spaces onsite for visitors and staff at Hospice Wellington. The parking lot includes two designated accessible parking spaces. Alternative parking exists in the vicinity within a two-minute walk. Please note any on street time restrictions and observe no parking zones.

Accessibility

Hospice Wellington welcomes all clients and visitors and aims to offer a fully accessible environment that enables everyone the use of services and programming. Contact any of our dedicated team members if you have any accessibility concerns, require assistance, or have any accessibility needs with any of our services.

Visiting

Residence visitors are welcome 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Visitors to residents should enter at the upper level entrance, off Scottsdale Drive on the north corner of the building. If you visit in the evening or overnight you will find the external doors locked, please ring the doorbell and staff will come and let you in as soon as possible.

If you plan to visit someone from the Residence, although we welcome visitors at any time, we do request you sign our visitors' book when attending so we know you are in the building in case of emergencies. We may also restrict visitors or shorten visits depending on clients' or family wishes, or in the case of infectious diseases. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

If you would like a tour of the building as a potential resident, please call the Residence at 519-822-6660. For tours of groups, or for presentations, contact the Community level at 519-836-3921.

Please note we have staff and visitors who are sensitive to scents. We kindly request that visitors help us maintain a scent-free environment, which includes not bringing strong-scented flowers, especially lilies. Thank you for your consideration.
